Job Description

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid Onsite)

Onsite at Converse HQ (1 Lovejoy Wharf, Boston, MA 02114). Traditional hybrid model with Fridays remote. Please submit local candidates only.

Salary Range: $45-50/ per Hour

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Global Social Media team. This is a high-priority role with an immediate start to cover a maternity leave. You will be at the forefront of social media strategy for a leading brand, driving engagement and innovation across multiple platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
At least 5 years of experience in a senior social media role working for top brands or companies (e.g., New Balance, Reebok, NBA)
Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
A passion for and understanding of the Converse brand and staying ahead of social media trends

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience with similar brands
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand presence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals
Monitor and analyze social media trends to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
