BathWorks of Michigan, Michigan’s fastest growing Jacuzzi® bath remodel dealer, is hiring high energy Marketing & Brand Representatives to represent our company at home shows, expos, retail spaces, and community events across the state.

If you love talking to people, enjoy being part of live events, and want to build real marketing experience with a fast growing company, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Represent the BathWorks brand at events and community festivals• Engage attendees and start meaningful conversations• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in home consultations• Set up and maintain a professional, high energy booth presence

• Outgoing, confident, and naturally engaging• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people• Competitive and motivated by performance bonuses• Reliable with transportation and able to lift 20–30 lbs• Available 10–20 hours per week, primarily Wednesday through Sunday• Willing to travel to events in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Saginaw, and Traverse City

Compensation & Growth

• $21–$32 per hour on target earnings (base plus bonus)• Flexible part time schedule• Full time benefits available• Clear path to grow into full time Retail Sales or In Home Sales roles
