Job Description
The Fabian Crespin Agency Farmers Insurance has been serving Pueblo for over 15 years. We are seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Associate to join our team. This role is focused on calling provided lead lists, sparking interest in insurance products, and connecting qualified prospects with a licensed insurance professional.
This is a pay-per-lead position, offering you the ability to earn based on your work ethic and success. For motivated individuals, this role is also a foot in the door to a long-term career in the insurance industry with the opportunity to grow into an Insurance Advisor role.
Salary Range: $15.16 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Call leads from provided lists to generate interest in insurance products (auto, home, life, and more).
- Qualify prospects and seamlessly transfer them to a licensed insurance professional.
- Follow scripts and proven methods to increase lead success rates.
- Accurately track and report activity and lead outcomes.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and resilient attitude when handling rejection.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented with strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects.
- Resilient, confident, and not afraid of hearing no.
- Interest in growing within the insurance industry.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
