Job Description

We are a fast-growing, top 1% Farmers Insurance agency seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing & Growth Specialist to help generate new business and elevate our brand in the community. This role is perfect for someone who loves marketing, understands lead generation, and wants to see their ideas directly translate into measurable growth.

This is not a set it and forget it role were looking for someone who takes ownership, brings ideas to the table, and is excited to help scale a high-performing agency

Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive leads and brand awareness
