Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Specialist – Your Job Duties
You will work as part of a marketing department of three, as a team, supporting both proposals and company social media, along with company sponsored events.
- Manage and produce proposals, SOQs, and RFP responses from start to finish, ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with project managers, business development leaders, and technical teams to develop winning strategies and messaging
- Create compelling layouts, graphics, and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite
- Write, edit, and refine content that clearly communicates value and differentiators
- Maintain and organize marketing assets including resumes, project sheets, and proposal content libraries
- Support social media efforts and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Coordinate and attend company-sponsored events, industry functions, and client engagements
- Manage website and marketing content updates to ensure accuracy and engagement
- Partner with internal teams across multiple offices to support marketing and business development efforts
Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Specialist –Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit
You:
- Have experience using Adobe InDesign / Adobe Creative Suite
- Enjoy attending in-person events / you are a “people person”! ,
- Love to continuously learn new things and acquire new skills
- Are motivated by working as part of a team, in the office on site
Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Specialist – Desired Not Required
You might have:
- Experience supporting marketing or administration with a general contractor, builder, subcontractor, architecture firm or engineering firm
- Experience from a marketing agency, graphic design role, or freelance work (also considered)
Marketing & Proposal Specialist – Benefits for YouYour compensation will be $70,000 to $75,000 for early career experience, $80,000 to $90,000 with experience (especially in the AEC industry!).
