HireLevel is looking for a Marketing Specialist in Edwardsville, IL!

The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our digital presence and supporting various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking to enhance our online visibility, engage our audience, and contribute to the growth of our brand.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist:
- Content Creation: Produce compelling content for newsletters, videos, graphics, signs, and possible blog posts to engage our target audience.
- Graphic Design: Design marketing materials, including graphics, signs, and videos, that align with the company’s brand identity.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Driver’s license and transportation
- Must meet background requirements
Requirements of the Marketing Specialist:
- Experience in digital marketing, website management, and content creation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts
- Ability and desire to work both independently and in a team environment to meet the goals and objections of the company.
