Position Overview
The Marketing & Retail Associate plays a key executional role across JETSET’s marketing and retail operations. This position supports ecommerce, studio marketing setup, and digital reporting—ensuring consistency, accuracy, and operational excellence across the franchise network.
Reporting into the marketing team, this role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product & Talent, and Support & Services to support both corporate initiatives and studio-level execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented, fast-paced environments and enjoys working across systems, data, and operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning execution across multiple workstreams, including Shopify, LMS/CRM systems, and studio marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations & Customer SupportOwn and manage the retail@ inbox, including order issues, tracking requests, and customer inquiriesCoordinate with vendors and fulfillment partners to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-upMaintain a high-quality, on-brand customer experience across all communications
Shopify & Inventory ManagementMonitor order flow, fulfillment status, and tracking updates within ShopifyMaintain product listings, SKUs, and inventory levelsSupport product launches and merchandising updates
Vendor & Order CoordinationTrack purchase orders, custom merchandise orders, and delivery timelinesFollow up with vendors on production status and shipping confirmationsMaintain a centralized tracker of all open orders and timelines
Studio Marketing Setup & QASupport new studio setup across platforms including Google Business, Apple Maps/Connect, and other listing platformsConduct ongoing audits of studio listings to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistencySupport field marketing team in studio QA and readiness
Content, LMS & CRM SupportMaintain organized marketing assets and ensure accessibility across teamsSupport content updates and organization within Delightree LMS and franchisor CRMEnsure franchise-facing materials are current, consistent, and easy to use
Reporting & Marketing SupportPull and maintain monthly Shopify and inventory reports for accounting and leadership• Support light digital marketing reporting including campaign summaries and performance tracking• Assist in monitoring organic social media performance• Track and monitor media placements across markets
On-Site Marketing SupportProvide on-site support for brand content shoots when neededAssist in execution of marketing initiatives at the studio level

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, operations, or related field
Hands-on experience with Shopify
Experience working with LMS and/or CRM systems (Delightree or similar preferred)
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and data organization
Experience supporting multi-location or franchise businesses is a plus
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
