Job Summary
The MGB Radiology Marketing & Education Coordinator is a dual-role position responsible for supporting departmental education marketing, communications, and events while also serving as a back-up coordinator for Radiology Fellowship programs across two campuses (MGH and BWH).Qualifications
This role plays a key part in promoting Radiology education programs, managing events and social media presence, and ensuring continuity of fellowship administrative operations when primary coordinators are unavailable. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively across campuses.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Events Coordination
- Coordinate Radiology departmental educational events, including symposia, recruitment events, retreats, and educational programming
- Manage marketing and promotional materials for Radiology education programs
- Maintain and update social media platforms and digital communications
- Develop and distribute newsletters, announcements, and event communications
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, catering coordination, materials, registration, and day-of-event support
- Assist with website and digital content updates related to Radiology education and events
Education Program Support
- Provide administrative coverage and support for Radiology Fellowship programs across MGH and BWH as needed
- Assist with recruitment and interview coordination
- Manage creation of and administrative support for MGB Radiology Alumni Society including, marketing, communications, and fundraising
- Support onboarding and offboarding of fellows
- Help maintain fellowship program records and administrative workflows
- Coordinate American Board of Radiology (ABR) 4-year Internal Medical Graduate Pathway

Project Management experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content management systems, and email marketing software.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling marketing content.- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated with marketing best practices and innovations.

The role requires regular travel between Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) and supports a hybrid work environment. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote); however, the first 90-day onboarding period will be 100% onsite.
This role is part of the larger MGB Radiology Education Team, and reports to the Director of Education. For fellowship tasks, the role will be supervised by the Fellowship Programs Manager. Some nights and weekends will be expected, as needed per event.
