Mathnasium of Rancho Cordova is looking for an energetic and creative Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help grow our center through community engagement and strategic promotions.
 Role Overview and Key Responsibilities:
  • This role focuses on designing and promoting enrollment programs, creating marketing materials, building partnerships, and generating qualified leads for the center.
  • Create and design promotional campaigns, offers, and enrollment programs
  • Develop marketing materials (flyers, social posts, email campaigns, banners)
  • Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and community groups
  • Coordinate outreach activities and community events
  • Represent the center in the community and introduce Mathnasium programs
  • Generate and track leads for the center
  • Support in-center promotional initiativesCompensation:
  • Competitive base pay
  • Commission on enrolled leads generated
  • Performance-based growth opportunity Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Creative mindset with basic design/marketing experience
  • Comfortable with community outreach
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Experience in education marketing or community outreach is a plus
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
