Marketing & Brand Strategy Intern

One day you might be designing graphics for social media, the next you're helping coordinate a community event, photographing new products, or brainstorming ideas for an upcoming campaign.Throughout the internship, you'll:Help develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and in-store channels

Create engaging content including social media graphics, blog posts, photography, and short-form videos

Support community events, health fairs, and in-store promotions

Assist our retail locations with marketing materials and localized outreach

Help organize marketing assets, coordinate projects, and keep campaigns moving forward

Collaborate with team members across Marketing, Merchandising, and eCommerceBring fresh ideas while learning how marketing supports a growing multi-brand retail business

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who's eager to learn, willing to jump in wherever needed, and excited to contribute from day one.You'll be a great fit if you:Are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

Enjoy writing, creating content, and telling compelling stories

Have experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace, and social media platforms

Stay organized and can balance multiple projects and deadlines

Take initiative and aren't afraid to ask questions

Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Represent our brands professionally in the community

Have a valid driver's license and can occasionally lift up to 40 pounds for event setup

Internship DetailsPaid internship15–20 hours per week

Located in our New Berlin, WI corporate office

Three-month minimum commitment with the opportunity to extend based on performance and business needs
