We are a new and emerging wellness company launching an innovative blend of luxury retreats, sports performance recovery, and a premium sports cream & facial skincare line. Built from the ground up, our brand is designed for high-performing individuals who value wellness, confidence, and elevated experiences.

Role Overview
The Marketing & Social Media Assistant will play a hands-on role in building and growing a brand from scratch. You'll support both our retreat experiences and product line, with a strong focus on social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
This role is perfect for someone who loves startups, thrives in creative environments, and wants meaningful input into how a brand comes to life.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Launch and manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create and edit short-form video content (reels, stories, posts)
- Capture lifestyle content at retreats, events, and photoshoots
- Develop captions, hashtags, and posting schedules
- Monitor trends and recommend creative strategies
Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist with marketing campaigns for new product launches and retreat rollouts
- Support influencer outreach and brand ambassador partnerships
- Help with email marketing, promotions, and website content
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and aesthetics
Events & Retreat Support
- Assist on-site at retreats and activations (content, guest engagement, logistics)
- Help prepare branded materials and marketing assets
- Support post-event content and recap marketing
Qualifications
- Experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (professional or personal brand)
- Comfortable creating content for a new brand with no existing footprint
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe, etc.)
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable
- Passion for wellness, beauty, fitness, or sports
- Based in or near Miami / Fort Lauderdale
