Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist- Redpoint (RPDM)Location Malvern, PA (100% Onsite)Duration: 6 months (extendable)Pay Range: $48-52/Hour on W2 only Note: Applicant must be willing to work on W2.Request-ID: 84784-1Role Overview: This role is for a Marketing Automation Specialist / Redpoint Developer focused on building and managing customer data–driven marketing campaigns using the Redpoint Global RPDM ecosystem.It is a data + marketing automation+ analytics engineering role, not a traditional software development role.Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Redpoint Interactions.
  • Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Build and monitor workflows and customer journeys.
  • A/B testing and performance tracking.
  • Scheduling automation between RPI and RPDM.
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Redpoint RPDM tool.
  • Knowledge of Oracle/SQL and data segmentation logic.
  • Familiarity with CDP platform.
  • Knowledge of Redshift.
Preferred skills:
  • AWS technologies (EC2, S3, Glue).
