Position Overview:
- Build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Braze and similar CRM automation platforms.
- Manage automated workflows, dynamic content, data integrations, and customer segmentation.
- Plan and manage go-to-market campaigns to drive brand awareness through the marketing funnel.
- Use digital platforms to automate marketing activities and identify high-impact points of interaction.
- Create and deploy marketing campaigns using CRM systems and platforms such as Braze and Salesforce.
- Lead and support the creative development of campaign content and customer communications.
- Focus on demand generation, customer engagement, and improving return on investment (ROI).
- Experience with CRM Automation Platforms ( Braze, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong technical and marketing knowledge.
- Ability to manage campaign lifecycle from strategy to execution.
- Background check required.
