Accountabilities
- Lead planning and execution for regional and national conferences, including registration logistics and exhibitor communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between our partner and event organizers.
- Support client-facing events ensuring brand consistency and high-quality engagement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Coordinate invoice tracking, cost summaries, and budget inputs for marketing programs.
- Support marketing team programs, including lead generation and email marketing.
- Identify gaps in marketing processes and propose improvements.
- Update content from other departments to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to prioritize and deliver against multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with vendors and external partners.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
