Job Description

Accountabilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between our partner and event organizers.
  • Support client-facing events ensuring brand consistency and high-quality engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Coordinate invoice tracking, cost summaries, and budget inputs for marketing programs.
  • Support marketing team programs, including lead generation and email marketing.
  • Identify gaps in marketing processes and propose improvements.
  • Update content from other departments to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver against multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with vendors and external partners.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
