Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Communications Intern to join our dynamic team for a 2-month internship. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting key marketing initiatives, including industry events, product launch campaigns, social media strategies, and internal communications This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in marketing communications while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of industry events,
• conferences, and webinars.
• Help with event logistics including invitations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
• Contribute to the creation of event-related content (e.g., social media posts,
• emails, press releases).
• Support the marketing team in planning and execution.ng product launch
• campaigns.
• Assist with content creation (e.g., blog posts, email newsletters, web copy).
• Help monitor and track the success of launch campaigns, providing regular
• updates to the team.
• Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts across various platforms
• (LinkedIn and Instagram).
• Help create engaging content (graphics, copy, videos) to boost brand presence.
• Monitor social media channels, analyze metrics, and engage with followers as
• needed.
• Assist in collecting and editing content from different teams to maintain
• consistency and relevance.
• Assist the marketing communication team with day-to-day tasks and projects as
• needed.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, and competitor activities marketing best practices

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marke.ng,
• Communication Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 10%

Desired Characteristics:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus, but not
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Enthusiasm for marketing and communications with a willingness to learn and
• contribute.
