Marketing/Communications - Art Director - Lead

Job Title: Art Director Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 6 months with possible extension  Rate: $35- $40/hr on w2 - without benefits

Introduction

We are looking for a creative visionary who can develop compelling brand identities and visual brand systems across various channels, including social media, print, and web. The role offers a hybrid work model with the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• 3 years of professional design experience, including working across a wide range of marketing channels
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Portfolio of relevant work, with descriptions of your creative strategy (Creative portfolio is required to be considered)
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following industries: luxury, travel, finance
• Experience creating, maintaining, and operating within enterprise-level design standards

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create strategic work that cuts through the noise and adapts to varying briefs and business goals
• Collaborate with team members and partners to drive brand consistency and recognition
• Manage multiple deadlines for various projects, delivering high-quality and error-free work
