Job Description
Responsibilities:Identify, validate, and prioritize solution opportunities, features, and capabilities through direct input with the user community, business, and technical partnersGather requirements and definition of done criteria for prioritized initiatives through engagement with stakeholders, product, design, and tech partnersDocument and present recommendations, delivery progress and maintain road maps for active initiativesPartner with business to define featuresPartner with engineering to refine features
Basic qualifications:At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering2+ years of experience working in Agile processes
Preferred qualifications:Ability to leverage domain knowledge to recommend solution approaches and validate technical plansEnd-to-end understanding of the product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the businessStrong and proactive communication skills
