Job Description

Job Title: Marketing/Communications - Project Coordinator-IIILocation: 11600 W Michigan Ave, Saline, MI 48176Duration: 12 months Pay rate: $40/hr - $45/hr on W2Schedule: It will be mostly 40 hours per week, but up to 50 when necessaryWork mode: HybridAbout the client:Global technology company known for its comprehensive suite of software, cloud solutions, and hardware products. The company serves industries ranging from finance and healthcare to telecommunications and retail, providing integrated solutions that help organizations streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale their businesses.Is the position Remote or in office? – Half and half in office and remote

Plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up.
Development of project presentations, weekly updates, and metric tracking.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 6+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
