Marketing Communications Intern

Ergon Inc. seeks a Marketing Communications Intern to join our team. The Marketing Communications Intern will support the communications and marketing team in developing, proofreading, and executing internal and external communication initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, social media, multimedia production, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Support cross-functional teams in planning, developing, and executing marketing and communication initiatives Assist with projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing Contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns and brand visibility Help organize and manage marketing materials and project timelines Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and on time while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude Conduct research as needed to support marketing strategies and initiatives Qualifications and Expectations We are looking for enthusiastic students who meet the following criteria: Positive attitude with an aptitude for completing tasks thoroughly Self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful with a willingness to take initiative Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be a second semester sophomore Benefits of our Internship program Industry Experience: Gain practical experience within the Communication industry.
