🚀 What You’ll Be Driving

🎯 Lead end-to-end program delivery for global communications initiatives, including company-wide all-hands, leadership forums, and high-impact executive deliverables
🤝 Partner directly with senior leaders to shape messaging, timelines, and outputs that land with precision and clarity
🧩 Act as the central connector across Marketing Communications and cross-functional teams, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless delivery
⚙️ Own and evolve intake processes, balancing workload, strategic priorities, and business needs to maximize efficiency
📈 Identify gaps, overlaps, and risks across initiatives—bringing forward solutions that improve scale and execution
🧠 Support executive communication needs with confidence and discretion, anticipating requirements before they surface
🔄 Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and process innovation

🔍 Background Checks
