Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support the execution of marketing communications initiatives for leading protective apparel brands. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The Marketing Communications Specialist will work closely with marketing, digital marketing, sales, and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns, develop sales collateral, coordinate digital content, and support trade shows and promotional activities. This position offers broad exposure to marketing communications with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and lead projects over time.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the North American marketing communications plan.
• Assist with channel marketing and the development of co-branded marketing materials and advertising.
• Coordinate the creation and updating of sales collateral, including:
  • Product catalogs
  • Swatch books
  • Product overview sheets
  • Industry overview materials

• Manage project timelines and coordinate work with external creative agencies and vendors.
• Facilitate the review and approval process with internal stakeholders.
• Develop email marketing content and coordinate campaign scheduling with the digital marketing team.
• Work with the digital marketing team to update website content and develop new webpages aligned with marketing initiatives.
• Provide logistical and tactical support for trade shows, including:
  • Booth planning
  • Marketing materials
  • Registration
  • Lead capture coordination
  • Event support as needed
• Maintain and organize marketing content within sales enablement platforms, including MediaValet, Showpad, and Resource Center.
• Assist with product photography and video content production.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with external agencies or vendors preferred.
• Copywriting experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Positive team player with a collaborative mindset.
