Pay: /hr (k annually)Duration: 12 months with possible extensionIn-office requirements: 2-3 days per week per the Food and Beverage Client Hybrid Work ArrangementLocation: One Porsche Drive Atlanta GA 30354Status: Exempt (please make sure your candidates know this role is exempt from OT)About this role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist to join the(Food and Beverage Client) 1:1 Direct Communications team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing one-to-one marketing campaigns and customer touchpoints that drive upper-funnel awareness, engagement, and lower-funnel performance for Food and Beverage Client.As a Specialist, you’ll support the team during high-impact campaigns and initiatives by managing end-to-end tactical execution of emails, newsletters, and other direct communications. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Legal, and Product teams to ensure every customer interaction reflects Porsche’s premium tone-of-voice and brand standards while delivering measurable results.This is a dynamic, fast-paced opportunity ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple highly visible projects, optimizing performance through data, and building strong cross-functional relationships.Position Objective:The Marketing Communications Specialist role will support the Food and Beverage Client 1:1 Direct Communications team and cross-functional MarComm team with development, execution, and performance optimization of campaigns and touchpoints designed to drive upper-funnel awareness, engagement, and lower-funnel traffic for the business.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple 1:1 Direct Communications marketing projects simultaneously and communicate consistently with leadership, stakeholders, and other business units at key project milestones.
  • Lead 1:1 project(s) tactical executions inclusive of timeline and stakeholder management, and editing email, newsletters, and My Porsche app content to support major campaigns and initiatives. Ensure that content aligns with Porsche 1:1 tone-of-voice/look and feel and follows Food and Beverage Client legal and product guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance communications and partner with other key internal departments’ initiatives. Provide recommendations and process improvements.
  • Align project objectives and outcomes with greater Porsche Marketing Communications strategy and Business strategy.
  • Develop strong relationships with key AOR account team leads and serve as the key point of contact for all 1:1 project related day-to-day communications.
  • Lead weekly status meetings, responsible for notetaking and distribution during relevant internal and agency status meetings, maintain day-to-day status document(s) and identify areas for efficiency.
  • Prepare, align and maintain multiple cross-functional tracking documents and touchpoint analytics reports, and effectively communicating with Sr. Specialist and Manager on ways to enhance/optimize future content based on performance.
  • Manage and actively maintain department Product and Legal approval process from end-to-end, inclusive of updating the team tracker document and being able to present the process to other teams and stakeholders at a moment’s notice.
  • Maintain one-to-one budget trackers with Direct Comms Sr. Specialist and Direct Comms Manager.
  • Manage relationship with Direct Communication teams warehouse vendor and distribution partner inclusive of inventory tracking/reports, site maintenance and annual disposal projects and coordinate with key internal stakeholders as needed
  • Partner with Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist to find opportunities for integration across lower-funnel team projects and Porsche Shop, finding synergies for content, and collaborating on reporting with respective agencies.
  • Partnering with Digital Marketing team for campaign integration and audience hand-offs, inclusive of nurturing prospects and other engagement/follow-up opportunities.
  • Serve as a back-up for the Digital Signage team on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree, ideally Marketing or Communications with a focus in business and/or advertising. Ideal to have email/direct mail marketing experienceExperience (Job and Industry):5+ years of marketing, advertising or communications experience (automotive or luxury brand experience a plus)Experienced in creative development, account or project management skills a mustAd agency experience preferred (client or agency side)Strong knowledge of direct communications creative development from planning to execution preferredKnowledge in CRM marketing/deployment/reporting systems a plusSkills and Competencies:Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional role within the organization.Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent activations from start to finish.Ability to work independently and within team with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to learn quickly and adapt working styles based on needs of the project, and ultimately the business.Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Ability to prioritize the end customer experience/journey when projects become complex.Strong analytical, project management and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance discipline across campaign execution.Proactive self-starter.Strong understanding of email and direct mail touchpoints and KPIs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, etc.).Working knowledge in CRM Systems (SAP, Sales Force, etc.)Other DetailsReports directly to Direct Communications ManagerTravel not required or very minimally required
