Job Summary:The Marketing Content Asset Librarian plays a crucial role in managing Adobe’s Content Supply Chain through support for design components and asset management, ensuring marketing assets are properly cataloged, searchable, compliant, and reusable. This position involves utilizing Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM) and Workfront to implement metadata schemas, perform bulk asset uploads, maintain content integrity, and support asset governance and compliance. The role supports operational tasks under Adobe leadership without autonomy in decision-making or long-term asset management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply predefined metadata schemas, naming conventions, and folder structures across various stages of content lifecycle.
- Perform bulk uploads and maintain routine tasks to prevent content duplication and sprawl.
- Archive, update, and retire assets according to lifecycle guidelines.
- Enhance asset discoverability through accurate metadata tagging.
- Provide day-to-day support to internal teams and agency partners regarding asset management.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets.
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
- Strong detail orientation with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
