Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking a Marketing Promotions Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will sit within the Customer Marketing team, responsible for setting up and rolling out promotions efforts to drive customer acquisition.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, operations, finance, or a similar role.
  • Direct experience managing promotions, promotional campaigns, and marketing budgets.
  • Power user of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
  • Strong track record of driving measurable ROI.
  • Experience deploying promotional campaigns with multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Data-driven optimization and the ability to synthesize findings for the team.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, capable of working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively.
  • Proven ability to act as a technical liaison between Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business goals into actionable technical requirements.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Bring the marketing promotional strategy to life within Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
  • Execute the full operational lifecycle of promotional campaigns, from technical configuration to QA, deployment, and post-launch validation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Finance) to translate promotional requirements into technical specifications within the Salesforce environment.
  • Coordinate development of marketing assets and channel plans for promotions with the Lifecycle Marketing team.
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance data; synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommend workflow optimizations to improve ROI and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in budget tracking and reporting to ensure alignment with strategy.
  • Develop and maintain internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for promotion setup, testing, and reporting to ensure scalability and consistency across new and existing markets.
