Position Summary

The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day marketing execution by helping turn ideas into action. This role is the operational glue of our marketing efforts-supporting digital campaigns, content creation, events, reporting, and brand consistency. You'll also assist with scheduling and light customer service as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and support digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, social media)
Manage content calendars and assist with content creation
Coordinate events, vendors, and media outreach
Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics
Support branding initiatives, research, and marketing projects
Assist with scheduling and customer service tasks as needed

Key Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social, email)
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms (HubSpot), CMS (WordPress), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and report on data
Creative problem-solver with attention to detail

Schedule & Pay

Part-time: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
