The RoleWe're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Engineering, HR, and other teams to manage our website, produce marketing materials, run digital campaigns and events, support new product launches, and keep our messaging consistent.What You'll DoDigital Marketing, Website & Social (30%)

• Update website content — service pages, product info, training announcements, careers, news
• Draft and schedule social content (primarily LinkedIn) covering company visibility, recruiting, services, training, partnerships, and project highlights
• Support email campaigns, newsletters, and internal/external communications
• Track basic performance metrics: opens, clicks, engagement, site traffic, lead follow-up
• Maintain our library of photos, videos, logos, and other digital assets

Marketing Materials & Sales Support (25%)

• Build and maintain flyers, brochures, product sheets, capability statements, presentations, and customer-facing documents
• Support Sales and other teams with polished materials for meetings, bids, and outreach
• Partner with subject-matter experts to keep technical content accurate and audience-appropriate
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Help produce content related to power systems, UPS equipment, batteries, chargers, and related services

Events & Customer Outreach (20%)

• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, trainings, vendor events, and lunch-and-learns
• Manage event supplies — banners, promotional items, printed materials, shipping, registrations
• Draft pre/post-event communications and hand off leads to Sales
• Maintain the event and marketing calendar

Vendor & Partner Marketing (10%)

• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and outside vendors
• Organize vendor logos, product images, and approved marketing content
• Support co-branded materials and partner campaigns

Market Research & Reporting (10%)

• Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs in the critical/DC power space
• Help prepare summaries and reports for leadership and sales teams
• Proofread and fact-check content before it goes out
• Maintain organized records of campaigns and projects

Other (5%)

• Other duties as needed
• Stay current on internal tools, training, and processes

What You Bring

• Experience in marketing, communications, sales support, or business administration
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Comfort communicating across sales, service, engineering, vendors, and leadership
• Willingness to learn technical products (power systems, UPS, batteries, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, AI tools, email platforms, or project management software is a plus
• A customer-service mindset and ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.Other DetailsPrimarily office-based with occasional travel to meetings, events, and customer sites (driving/flying, occasional overnight stays).
