Overview:

Are you a creative marketing professional who loves seeing your work come to life? We're partnering with an innovative manufacturer that's making a significant impact in industrial automation and motion technology. They're looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

From coordinating major industry trade shows to creating compelling digital content and marketing campaigns, you'll play a key role in shaping the company's brand and driving customer engagement across North America.

Job Duties:

Lead the planning and execution of 10-15 major industry trade shows each year, including nationally recognized events.
Coordinate booth design, logistics, promotional materials, and event execution from start to finish.
Partner with sales and leadership teams to showcase innovative products and technologies.
Write engaging content for digital campaigns, email marketing, website updates, advertisements, and product promotions.
Create and edit multimedia content, including short-form videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Help maintain a consistent, professional brand across all marketing channels.
Track event budgets, analyze ROI, and provide post-event performance reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B manufacturing or industrial markets.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with exceptional organization.
Experience supporting trade shows, events, or marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
