We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Off-Premise Coordinator to manage and coordinate all off-site timeshare sales and marketing initiatives. This role is critical for ensuring seamless execution, strict compliance, and consistent alignment with company standards.

Your Impact
- Coordinate off-premise sales and marketing events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales goals, branding, and operational standards.
- Track and report on event performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Support compliance and documentation for off-premise activities, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
- Champion professionalism and collaboration, ensuring seamless experiences for all participants.
What You Bring
- Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Proficient computer skills are required. Must be comfortable with technology, particularly Android tablets.
- Ability to interact with families and children in a fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent customer service skills.
