Job Description: Key responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end planning, build, QA, deployment, and maintenance of large-scale lifecycle email campaigns supporting global audiences
- Execute complex campaigns with a high bar for quality, accuracy, and on-brand design
- Support priority initiatives and ongoing programs (e.g., strategic projects, newsletters, and ad hoc team needs) by flexing across execution, QA, and optimization as needed
- Partner cross-functionally with Lifecycle Marketing, Copy, Design, Product, and regional teams to deliver impactful email experiences
- Support experimentation and optimization efforts by launching tests, monitoring performance, and sharing actionable learnings to inform future iterations
- Apply thoughtful, data-informed segmentation and personalization approaches to reach the right audiences at the right time
- Manage timelines and dependencies across initiatives, troubleshooting campaign issues end-to-end to keep launches on track
