As a Marketing Customer Service Manager, you’ll jump into a training program that teaches you how to be a great communicator and a future sales manager. You’ll visit Milwaukee to lead AT&T Fiber sales, making sure no customer in the area has to deal with slow internet again. We help the Marketing Customer Service Manager get comfortable with sales so they can grow their career and move into sales leadership.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Customer Service Manager

  • Work alongside experienced Business Managers in a sales and marketing firm focused on promoting AT&T Fiber internet solutions.
  • Participate in customer engagement initiatives designed to increase awareness of residential Fiber services.
  • Assist with organizing sales activities, customer follow-ups, and account support efforts across assigned markets.
  • Develop an understanding of sales strategy by helping drive customer acquisition and service enrollment opportunities.
  • Support leadership with performance tracking, customer communication, and day-to-day operational coordination.
  • Help maintain strong customer relationships that contribute to long-term sales growth and market expansion.

Qualifications of the Marketing Customer Service Manager

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 
  • A strong interest in business management or sales is a plus.
