The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, SQL, and cross-functional collaboration and a proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaign performance and business outcomes.Responsibilities:Act as a conduit between media, data infrastructure, data science, and marketing teams.Formalize goal setting and success measurement for campaigns and digital projects.Utilize and optimize marketing dashboards and data models.Develop and present recommendations based on data analyses.Support data integrity, data accuracy, and testing processes.Partner with internal and vendor teams to report and resolve data and campaign discrepancies.Advocate for data and analytics needs across markets and countries.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in marketing and sales strategies with the ability to analyze data and identify insights that optimize campaigns.Proficiency in interpreting data and applying analysis to solve business problems.Some SQL experience working with large customer and transactional databases.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong data manipulation in Excel.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or Datorama.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build analytical models and identify incremental revenue, margin, and productivity opportunities.Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data handling skills.Proficiency in Excel and Access with experience in statistical analysis and financial modeling.Effective written and verbal communication abilities.Basic understanding of project management principles.Familiarity with Power BI required, with proficiency in SQL Server and MySQL preferred; knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, and data mapping is advantageous.Ability to manage multiple large, time-sensitive projects and identify emerging market and industry trends.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.5+ years of related experience.Preferred Skills:Experience leading cross-country data-driven planning with complex customer and cross-functional touchpoints.Background managing medium-scale cross-functional and cross-country marketing investments and programs.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
