The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, SQL, and marketing analytics and a proven ability to build unified dashboards, standardize KPIs, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve campaign performance.Responsibilities:Act as a conduit between media, data infrastructure, data science, and marketing teams.Formalize goal setting and success measurement for campaigns and digital projects.Design, build, and consolidate Power BI dashboards into a single, unified view across initiatives.Develop advanced DAX measures, including YoY, MoM, YTD, growth rates, and time-intelligence calculations.Perform data modeling and source consolidation to replace manual workflows with scalable datasets.Standardize KPIs and metrics to ensure consistent reporting across dashboards.Utilize and optimize marketing dashboards and data models to surface insights.Present recommendations based on data analyses to stakeholders and leadership.Support data integrity, data accuracy, and testing processes; resolve data and campaign discrepancies with internal and vendor teams.Lead cross-country, data-driven planning with multiple customer and cross-function touchpoints.Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights and optimize dashboard performance and refresh efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in marketing and sales strategies with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and improve campaign performance.Strong Power BI expertise, including data modeling and complex DAX for time-based analytics.Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.SQL experience working with large customer and transactional datasets; Databricks familiarity is a plus.Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills with ability to manipulate and analyze data in Excel.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop analytical models and identify incremental revenue, margin, and productivity opportunities.Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver independently.5+ years of work experience in a related field.Preferred Skills:Experience building dashboards for ongoing business reviews and performance tracking.Familiarity with curated datasets, Databricks, and data engineering handoffs.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
