Job Description

Marketing Director Charlottesville, VA 22911 Lead global marketing strategy, product management, and commercialization across a high-growth medical device portfolio. This role owns upstream and downstream marketing, clinical education, and marketing communications while building a high-performing team and scaling global impact.WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Lead product strategy + commercialization across portfolio
Own upstream/downstream product marketing & market positioning
Build, hire, and develop a high-performing marketing team quickly
Provide clear direction across Product, MarCom, and Clinical Education
Drive clinical education programs for surgeons, nurses & HCPs
Oversee global marketing collateral, tools, and go-to-market execution
Lead international marketing strategy + cross-functional global teams
Identify and implement tools/systems to scale marketing effectiveness
Build relationships and represent company at key industry events

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

At least 12+ years marketing experience, 6+ in leadership roles
Strong medical device industry experience strongly preferred
Proven experience building and scaling teams
International marketing / global cross-functional leadership experience
Strong product marketing + commercialization background
Experience in clinical education targeting surgeons, nurses & HCPs
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution level
Up to 40% travel including industry events, clinical education, conference, trade shows mostly in North America, some international travel
High visibility leadership role shaping global growth strategy
