Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the strategic vision for HCP engagement, brand positioning, and audience growth across the MJH Life Sciences portfolio. You will set the direction for how we reach new audiences, deepen loyalty among existing ones, and build marketing programs that create lasting competitive differentiation. This is a senior leadership role for a marketer who takes full ownership of outcomes, leads with curiosity and rigor, and builds organizations that perform — where experimentation, AI-enabled execution, accountability, and continuous improvement are not aspirational values but daily expectations.
What You'll Do
- Define marketing strategy and go-to-market positioning across the HCP portfolio, setting direction for brand narrative, messaging architecture, channel strategy, and creative vision
- Set the organizational standard for AI adoption, establishing expectations for how AI tools are used across the marketing function to improve speed, quality, and strategic output
- Lead market intelligence and competitive analysis functions, building the frameworks through which the team develops deep audience understanding and stays ahead of market dynamics
- Own audience growth strategy across both B2B and B2C dimensions, building scalable programs that drive new acquisition while strengthening loyalty, engagement, and retention
- Build and institutionalize a test-and-learn culture, creating the systems and expectations that enable the team to experiment quickly, fail smart, and iterate with discipline
- Direct integrated campaign strategy from brief through performance review, setting creative vision, driving message development, and holding the organization accountable to measurable outcomes
- Own brand voice, creative standards, and positioning across all HCP marketing programs, ensuring differentiated and consistent brand expression at every touchpoint
- Build and lead a marketing-to-sales alignment strategy that develops messaging platforms and competitive tools that drive commercial performance
- Lead and develop a marketing organization across all levels, building a culture of performance, curiosity, and continuous improvement where the standard is always rising
- Own executive reporting on brand, audience, and marketing performance, translating results and market dynamics into strategic recommendations that shape business direction

- Deep knowledge of HCP audiences, healthcare media, or life sciences marketing strongly preferred
AI Capability Expectation
Candidates should be prepared to discuss their philosophy and track record on AI adoption in marketing leadership. This includes:
- Vision for how AI should be embedded into a modern marketing organization
- Specific ways AI has changed how you lead, plan, or execute marketing strategy
- How you have built or are building AI capability and fluency across a team
- Bonus: examples of AI-driven programs, frameworks, or organizational changes that improved marketing performance at scale
Compensation Range
$100,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. Compensation will depend on factors including educational background, skills, and professional experience.
