Marketing Events Coordinator
(Home Depot & Sam’s Club Retail Lead Generation)THOMPSON BATH is one of the fastest-growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry, and we are in full expansion mode. We don’t hire average — we hire driven, competitive, high-energy performers who want to win.We are looking for a results-obsessed Marketing Events Coordinator to dominate our retail marketing program inside Home Depot and Sam’s Club stores in the Las Vegas market.If you are outgoing, fearless about approaching customers, and motivated by performance-based income — keep reading.
This Is Not an Entry-Level Marketing RoleThis is a frontline sales leadership position.You will:
- Lead retail lead-generation efforts inside high-traffic stores
- Recruit, train, and push a team of Event Demonstrators to hit aggressive targets
- Personally engage customers and generate appointments daily
- Own the numbers and be accountable for results
- If you’re uncomfortable talking to strangers or being measured by performance, this isn’t for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Booking and managing a full retail event calendar
- Driving appointment volume inside Home Depot & Sam’s Club locations
- Hiring, training, and coaching a high-output team
- Setting the standard for energy, urgency, and professionalism
- Tracking metrics daily and adjusting strategy to outperform goals
- Turning foot traffic into booked Free In-Home Consultations
- Following up on contest leads and converting them to appointments
