Marketing Insights Analyst

Come join our culture with core values of Customer Focus, Pursuing Common Goals, Family, Integrity, Innovation, and Perseverance.Position SummaryThe Marketing Insights Analyst is responsible for delivering clear, actionable marketing insights that help Spring‑Green franchise owners and leadership understand performance, make informed decisions, and improve results. This role is deeply franchise‑focused, ensuring marketing data is translated into insights that are practical, relevant, and understandable for field operators.Working closely with the Business Intelligence and data teams, the Marketing Insights Analyst gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes data across digital marketing, lead generation, call tracking, and franchise performance sources. The role packages insights into reports, dashboards, and narratives tailored specifically for Spring‑Green franchise owners, marketing leadership, and support teams.This position plays a critical role in building trust in marketing data, improving transparency, and strengthening the connection between corporate marketing strategy and franchise-level execution.

Technical/Computer Skills

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with project management tools like Wrike, productivity or office suites such as Microsoft Office Suite, including high proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (or similar) and virtual meeting tools such as Teams.
• Experience with BI / visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
• Strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, funnels, and attribution concepts
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or call tracking platforms a plus
• Comfortable partnering with data engineering and BI teams

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or related roles
• Experience supporting franchise business model preferred.
• Experience translating analytics into executive and franchise-ready insights.
