We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing (integrated campaigns, SEO and AI search, content, and web) while working with our entire marketing team. What you'll do:

• Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Maintain campaign resources using established templates and frameworks.
• Assist in mapping campaign assets to the customer journey (awareness, consideration, conversion).
• Research our ideal customer profiles, mapping digital consumption habits, typical questions, and software needs.
• Own performance reporting for marketing campaigns and communicate findings in the form of weekly updates.
• Assist with the project management of content and web projects.
• Assist the SEO and AI Search team with content creation and reporting using AI tools (AirOps and Profound).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall marketing objectives.
• Assist in creating content for various marketing materials, including web pages, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
• Present a campaign or ICP overview to the Growth Marketing team.

About you:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate marketing program or related field, or recently graduated from an undergraduate program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Exposure to analytics tools, like Google Analytics or Search Console preferred
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work in a team environment with staff at all levels, giving and accepting constructive feedback
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to interpret marketing data and draw actionable insights
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

The pay for this position is $20 per hour. 8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
