We design and manufacture modern, functional furniture that enhances productivity, comfort, and everyday living.Our team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ownership, accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement drive success.Position OverviewEureka Ergonomic is seeking two full-time, on-site Marketing Interns for a structured 3–6 month internship program.This role provides hands-on experience across digital marketing, product launches, sales support, and marketing operations. Interns will receive ongoing feedback and may be evaluated based on performance, initiative, and overall contribution.Interns may be considered for future employment opportunities based on performance, qualifications, and business needs.Internship DetailsDuration: 3–6 monthsSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite) Travel: Up to ~30% (client visits, trade shows, product launches)Compensation: $18.00/hour (non-exempt; overtime paid in accordance with California law)Work Conditions: This is an onsite role; regular, predictable attendance is requiredTravel & Expense Note:All required business travel will be compensated in accordance with applicable California labor laws and company reimbursement policies.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaign CoordinationAssist with influencer outreach, coordination, and campaign trackingSupport social media content planning, scheduling, and monitoringTrack engagement and campaign performance metricsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign alignmentSales & Marketing Material DevelopmentCreate presentations (Google Slides / PowerPoint) for internal and external useSupport the development of catalogs, pitch decks, and promotional materialsAssist with product launch content and internal communicationsProduct & Launch SupportMaintain product information sheets and feature/benefit documentationAssist in new product launches and cross-functional coordinationSupport product calendar planning and executionDocumentation & OrganizationAssist in developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)Maintain organized file systems within Google DriveEnsure marketing assets are properly stored and accessibleAnalytics & ReportingSupport campaign tracking and basic data analysisAssist in preparing weekly reports and performance summariesConduct competitor research and market analysisQualificationsJunior or Senior undergraduate, or graduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Strong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred (Not Required):Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteFamiliarity with Shopify or Amazon Seller CentralInterest in digital marketing or e-commerceIdeal CandidateProactive, reliable, and detail-orientedStrong communicator and collaborative team playerAdaptable in a fast-paced environmentEager to learn and take initiativeDemonstrates professionalism, accountability, and follow-throughProgram StructureOnboarding and training on brand, products, and systemsOngoing mentorship and structured check-insPerformance feedback throughout the programFinal evaluation based on overall contributions and role alignmentImportant NoticeThis position is classified as a non-exempt, hourly role, and all applicable California wage and hour laws apply, including meal periods, rest breaks, and overtime pay.This internship is intended to provide professional work experience and does not guarantee continued employment.Employment is at-will, and either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable law.Equal Opportunity Employer StatementEureka Ergonomic is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
