Support the Marketing Department with assigned tasks related to market research, sales enablement, lead generation, CRM database administration and other areas deemed appropriate by the Marketing team.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with the Marketing team to understand databases/systems and their applications.
• Perform market, product, and industry research to help increase market share.
• Create sales enablement tools to support the sales team and promote revenue generation.
• Communicate with colleagues to understand and document team objectives.
• Help develop resources, tools, and programs for the Marketing team.
• Support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system administration along with lead generation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma and pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
• Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite) preferred.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and decision-making abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintains integrity and trustworthiness.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Environmental requirements include working indoors in a high noise level and humid environment.
