Marketing Intern

Reports to: Marketing Strategy Manager

Supervises: N/A

FLSA: Non-exemptHours: 15-20 per week

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team this season. This is a hands-on opportunity to build real-world experience in content creation, digital marketing, and brand development within a professional services environment.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Strategy Manager and gain exposure to everything from social media and email campaigns to events and website content. If you enjoy bringing ideas to life and want to see your work actually used, this is a great place to start.

What You’ll Do

Create, schedule, and monitor content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
Format and distribute email campaigns and newsletters
Update website content using WordPress, including blog posts and landing pages
Assist with content creation such as graphics, articles, and campaign materials
Support event coordination and promotion (before, during, and after events)
Track basic marketing metrics like engagement and email performance
Help manage promotional items, including inventory and ordering
Jump in on marketing and branding projects as needed

What You’ll Bring

Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram)
Experience with Canva or similar design tools
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Basic experience with WordPress
Interest in AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar
General understanding of marketing, communications, or branding
Willingness to learn SEO and digital marketing fundamentals

Compensation: $23.75 per hour
