Job Description
Koble Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Marketing Associate to support our marketing team during a high-impact growth period. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in social media and visual design who wants hands-on experience in B2B marketing. You will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Execution
- Manage and schedule posts across platforms (primarily LinkedIn/Youtube/Meta)
- Draft engaging captions and messaging tailored to Koble’s ICP
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages as appropriate
- Track performance metrics and recommend optimizations
- Create visually compelling assets for:
- Social media posts
- Presentations
- Website graphics
- Email campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Collaborate on visual storytelling for campaigns and initiatives
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- 40-hour work week from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. In-office attendance required.
- Interest in B2B, SaaS, or ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social scheduling platforms)
- Portfolio or examples of content/design work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Hands-on experience in a fast-growing B2B technology company
- Exposure to full-funnel marketing (content → demand gen → sales enablement)
- Opportunity to build a professional portfolio with real-world work
