As the Marketing Intern, you will work directly with the Director of Marketing and Partnerships to support internal marketing initiatives, communications, and marketing operations. This position provides hands-on experience in a professional business environment while assisting with content creation, event preparation, CRM management, and a variety of marketing projects that support the organization's growth and engagement efforts.

As the Marketing Intern, you will:

• Create graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement content.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, photos, videos, and digital files.
• Edit short videos for internal communications and social media.
• Support conference and event preparation, including promotional materials and logistics.
• Assist with HubSpot CRM updates, email marketing campaigns, contact management, and marketing reporting.
• Conduct market research and compile findings to support marketing initiatives for local chambers.
• Assist with website content updates and proofreading marketing materials.
• Track marketing activities and prepare basic reports.
• Provide administrative support for marketing projects and special initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM through coursework, internships, or hands-on experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative work style.
• A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced professional environment.
