Marketing Intern

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a student who wants exposure to content creation, digital marketing, communications, event planning, and project coordination while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.

What You'll Do:

As a Marketing Intern, you'll play an active role in helping our team bring projects and campaigns to life by:

• Coordinating marketing activities such as job site signage, photographer scheduling, invoice routing, and other project-related marketing coordination.

• Organizing and managing marketing assets, including photos, videos, and social media content.

• Supporting internal communications by helping coordinate content, incorporating edits, sourcing photography and publish company newsletters and other employee communications.

• Assisting with minor website updates, portfolio updates, photography updates, and general content maintenance.

• Supporting event planning and execution, assisting with building email templates in Pardot, coordinating campaigns, and helping keep the email calendar on schedule.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in marketing, branding, and content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable visiting construction job sites when needed.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools is a plus.

Schedule:

We are looking for part-time support during the academic year. Candidates must be available to work 16-24 hours per week while school is in session.

There is also potential for the internship to transition to a full-time (40-hour per week) opportunity beginning in May 2027.
