Marketing Manager – Lighting Brands

Location: Woburn, MA (On-Site Expected)

Role Overview:The Marketing Manager - Lighting Brands is an execution-oriented marketing operator supporting sales growth, channel development, and customer engagement. This role focuses on sales enablement, campaign execution, partner programs, and local marketing initiatives. It is not a corporate strategy role.

Core Responsibilities:Sales Enablement & Collateral:

Develop product sheets, case studies, and presentations.
Support quoting and proposal materials.
Maintain website content and product updates.

Channel & Partner Marketing:

Coordinate trade shows and industry events.
Support partner outreach programs.
Execute email campaigns and follow-up programs.

Campaign Execution:

Implement targeted outreach initiatives.
Coordinate with central marketing for CRM integration.
Track campaign performance and report results.

CRM Discipline:

Ensure marketing-generated leads are properly captured.
Maintain clean data entry standards.
Support Salesforce reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

5–10+ years in B2B marketing, preferably lighting, interior design, industrial or manufacturing.
Strong execution skills (collateral, email campaigns, events).
Comfortable working closely with sales teams.
Practical, hands-on mindset.
Experience with CRM systems preferred.
Comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus.
