Primary Skills: Marketing-Expert, Strategy-Advanced, Analytics-Intermediate, Project Management-Advanced, Multi-Channel Campaigns-Expert Contract Type: W2 Location: Remote, Mountain View, CA Duration: 18 months Pay Range: $56 - $60 Per HourJob Summary: This position is responsible for managing marketing activities and programs, developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with business objectives, and staying updated on market changes. The role involves the coordination of market research, management of marketing vendor relationships, and oversight of advertising, events, and public relations. Success in this role is achieved through effective management of subordinate staff, ensuring marketing projects meet their milestones within budget, and possessing a comprehensive understanding of marketing department processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Execute lifecycle marketing programs from inception to completion, identifying crucial customer insights and effective strategies.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, push, SMS, in-product discovery) to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer experiences and analyze campaign outcomes.
- Develop program/creative briefs and manage the creative development process with the team.
- Perform and analyze A/B testing to optimize campaign efforts.
- Proven experience in strategy development and in executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in measuring key performance indicators.
- Excellent project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge in digital marketing tools and analytics is essential.
- Familiarity with email/marketing automation platforms required.
- Prior experience in a managerial role, overseeing marketing projects and teams.
