Job Title : Marketing Manager Location : Remote Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage consent, opt-out, and communication preferences across all marketing channels.
Establish marketing channel standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with TCPA, DNC, CAN-SPAM, and related regulations.
Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Compliance teams.
Manage channel integrations, APIs, and vendor relationships.
Define KPIs, reporting standards, campaign taxonomy, and attribution frameworks.
Develop training materials and educate teams on marketing governance and compliance.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
