Marketing Manager | Full-TimeGrand Rapids, MI (Open to Hybrid / Remote / Relocation

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive and execute marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads
  • Own performance metrics like CPL, CPA, and conversion rates
  • Track results, identify gaps, and optimize what’s working
  • Prioritize high-impact projects and move quickly
  • Partner with Sales and Call Center teams to hit appointment and revenue goals
  • Test new lead sources, events, and partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of performance-driven marketing experience
  • Proven track record of driving leads and measurable results
  • Strong analytical mindset with ownership of KPIs
  • Competitive, accountable, and action-oriented
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and impact
  • Experience in home improvement or home services is a plus
