We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, driving lead generation, and supporting our sales team to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Schaeffer Homes' offerings.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Coordinate events and promotions to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the homebuilding or real estate industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
