WHO YOU ARE

You are a dynamic and creative marketing professional with a passion for luxury hospitality. With at least 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field, you bring a deep understanding of the digital landscape and an eye for high-end brand communication. You possess a blend of strategic thinking and creative flair, enabling you to craft compelling content that resonates with affluent audiences. You have experience with website CMS platforms, social media management, and the Adobe Suite, alongside proficiency in Google Analytics, Canva, Sprout Social, and other essential tools. Additionally, you are well-versed in photography and video editing, using software like Lightroom and Premiere to create polished, visually stunning content.

You are a strong communicator with an ability to deliver messages in a luxury tone, balancing creativity with professionalism. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Your leadership qualities are evident in your ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, inspiring those around you and elevating the brand at every touchpoint. You pride yourself on delivering exceptional results and maintaining an attention to detail that reflects the premium nature of the brand.

WHAT YOU DO

You will work with the Director of Marketing to execute a variety of marketing functions, from digital campaigns and content creation to social media management and public relations. You will manage the hotel’s online presence, ensuring that the content across our website, social media, third-party platforms, and external listings is both accurate and aligned with our luxury brand. This includes developing and maintaining an editorial calendar, curating engaging content, and reporting on the performance of digital campaigns to continuously refine our marketing strategy.

Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting the development of marketing collateral, such as proposals, presentations, advertisements, and menus. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive awareness and revenue across the hotel's various outlets, ensuring that all activations align with The Joseph’s elevated brand standards. Your ability to engage with guests will also come into play as you monitor online reviews, responding with thoughtfulness and timeliness to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Additionally, you will contribute to our PR efforts and influencer strategies, amplifying The Joseph’s presence in the luxury travel market and among local audiences. By supporting marketing initiatives across multiple channels and departments, you will contribute to the hotel’s broader goals of brand growth, awareness, and guest satisfaction.
