Primary Skills: Lifecycle Marketing-Expert, CRM Marketing Automation- Expert, Customer Segmentation & Personalization-Expert, Marketing Analytics- Advanced, Cross-Functional Program Management-Advanced, Contract: W2 Location: Mountain View, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, CA Duration: 18 months Pay Range:$65-$70 Per HourJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the QuickBooks Ecosystem Lifecycle Marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven, omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth for QuickBooks Small Business customers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, CRM platforms, customer segmentation, marketing automation, experimentation, and cross-functional program leadership while working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Job Requirements: Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-product messaging, and landing pages. Build advanced customer segmentation strategies using behavioral data, cohorts, engagement signals, and AI/ML-driven intent models. Partner with Product Marketing, GTM, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing Operations, Data Science, Creative, and Legal teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. Drive customer acquisition, onboarding, product adoption, attach, upgrade, trial conversion, and retention strategies. Design and execute A/B tests and optimization experiments to improve campaign performance and customer engagement. Measure campaign success using KPIs including revenue, ROI, customer retention, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. Collaborate with Data Science teams to improve predictive models for churn, onboarding, feature adoption, upsell, downgrade propensity, and retention. Deploy AI/ML-powered customer journeys using Eloqua, Braze, and proprietary in-product discovery tools. Build detailed project plans including campaign development, QA, legal review, deployment, and post-launch reporting. Create creative briefs and manage creative development with designers, copywriters, and developers. Document campaign requirements and partner with Marketing Operations for successful execution. Independently manage multiple complex projects while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. Perform hands-on campaign execution including copywriting, journey mapping, workflow configuration, and quality assurance.Must Have Skills:7+ years of Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Customer Engagement experience. Expert experience building omnichannel campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Landing Pages. Strong expertise with Eloqua, Braze, or similar marketing automation platforms. Experience with customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, personalization, and customer journey orchestration. Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, retention, ROI, conversion, and customer growth metrics. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and campaign optimization. Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Operations, Creative, and Legal teams. Experience leveraging AI/ML models for personalization, predictive marketing, churn prediction, and customer lifecycle optimization. Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives.
